| Q: How long will it take to install my cabinets? |
| A: Depending on size, your cabinet systems can be install with in 1 to 3 days. |

| Q: After I put down my deposit for the order how, long until the work will get started? |
| A: Most project can start with in 7 to 10 days of sign contract. |

| Q: How are my cabinets going to be mounted on the wall? |
| A: to maximize load capacity of cabinets we typically floor mount base cabinets using a base plate (kick plate) on the floor and screwing to wall with “nailer” plates on the cabinets. |

| Q: How do I clean my cabinets? |
| A: Depending on what system you have, Most can have the
shelves vacuumed and the faces wiped with a damp cloth. |

| Q: I need more storage but don't have the budget for my dream system: |
| A: Though our cabinets are custom built for you home we can design a system that can be added to in the future. |

| Q: Do your cabinets come with a guarantee? |
| A: Yes, your cabinets are guaranteed for a limited lifetime. We will repair or replace any hardware, door or shelf in the case of breakage under normal use. |

| Q: How much weight can my cabinet hold? |
| A: Our base cabinets have been load tested to over a 1000 pounds
with out a failure. |

| Q: What colors can I choose from? |
| A: You can choose from 19 different base colors as well as 20
decorative color chip selections to make a custom “one of a kind” epoxy
floor. |

| Q: How long does it take apply my epoxy floor coating? |
| A: A typical install takes 3 days. If your floor demands more
surface prep or the weather is cooler it is best to allow 4 to 5 days for application. |

| Q: Do your floors come with a warranty? |
| A: Yes, our floors come with a limited 20-year warranty against
bubbling, pealing, cracking and delaminating. |

| Q: How long after application until I can use my garage? |
| A: 12 hours for light foot traffic, 48 hours before vehicle traffic.
Cooler temperatures will increase curing time. |

| Q: I have an existing painted floor that is coming up; can you
still apply epoxy over it? |
| A: Though it can be done, we suggest that we pull up existing
floor coating by chemical and mechanical means to guarantee our epoxy will adhere
to the floor. Any application over existing floor coatings without removal will
void any warranty on our product. |

| Q: Can we Acid Stain our garage floor? |
| A: Yes, Acid stain garage floors are great looking. Our acid
stained floors are top coated with a very durable UV resistant polyurethane to
keep it looking great for many years. If you’re building a house and want
acid stained floors, notify your builder of your intent so that he may prep and
protect the floor from damage during construction. |
