Design and Installation process:

• On site meeting to discuss options, take measurements and determine needs
• Proposal emailed to client with drawings and breakdown of costs
• Revisions of drawings and pricing if needed
• Agreement on work to be performed

Scheduling:

• Down payment made by client of 50% work order before any work is scheduled or performed.
• Project scheduled and communicated to client
• Project goes into manufacturing

Installation:

• GI calls client day before to verify install time
• Work performed on days (s) scheduled
• Client and GI determine Punch list on any repair or incomplete work

Final Payment:

• Client makes final payment on day of final completion of work.

Warranty:

• Client must notify GI of any warranty work by written notice.
• Warranty work to be performed only if invoice has been paid in full
• GI determines if item is a warranty or charged repair.
• Repair agreement made and work performed.
